  • UTICA SQUARE ANNOUNCES NEW RETAIL STORE: GEARHEAD OUTFITTERS, INC.

    Utica Square is excited to announce the addition of an impressive new retail store. Gearhead Outfitters is slated to open their doors on June 15, with a grand opening event on June 30.

    Gearhead is a Jonesboro, Ark. based, family-owned company with nine retail locations across Arkansas, Missouri and Louisiana. Gearhead specializes in outdoor lifestyle clothing, footwear, and gear.

    Utica Square's management has worked tirelessly to identify a region-leading retail store in the active lifestyle and outdoor space and bring it to Tulsa.

    "Utica Square is so pleased to welcome Gearhead to our family. They are committed to excellence and are wonderful people. We believe Tulsa will love them," said Cassandra Montray, Property Manager of Utica Square.

    Gearhead also believes that the Tulsa market will be a beneficial fit for their company.

    “What Tulsa is doing in the active lifestyle and outdoor space, what they’re doing in their community, and the strength of their economy is all very promising,” said Ted Herget, owner and founder of Gearhead Outfitters.

    Gearhead Outfitters will be located in the former Ann Taylor space, and offer industry-leading products from brands such as Patagonia, The North Face, Chaco, Yeti, and more.

  • Utica Square to Hold Giveaway Event of 12,000 Tulips

    Utica Square will remove 12,000 tulip bulbs and distribute them to the public for free on a first- come, first-serve basis this Tuesday, April 17th, from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

    The landscape team at Utica Square works tirelessly to maintain beautiful scenery at the historic shopping center. As the team prepares for the spring and summer months, they will make way for warm-climate florals by removing every tulip that currently populates the flower beds at Utica Square.

    Tulsans have the unique opportunity to transplant a piece of Utica Square to their own home garden. To receive a bundle of tulip bulbs and instructions for care on the day of the event, visit the distribution table located in The Garden to the immediate north of Starbucks.

    “Our expert landscape team plays an important role in providing our customers with a positive experience. We're excited to distribute the bulbs to the public and extend the life of the tulips,” said Cassandra Montray, Property Manager of Utica Square.

  • Utica Square Announces Line-up For 27th Annual "Summer's Fifth Night"

    Utica Square has released the lineup for the 27th annual Summer’s Fifth Night concert series.

    Thursdays this summer, from May 31 to August 30, Utica Square will host an eclectic mix of musical acts from Tulsa and the surrounding region. Whether you enjoy country, rock, jazz, or blues, the 2018 Summer’s Fifth Night lineup offers something for everyone. Shows are scheduled to run from 7 to 9 p.m.
