Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Utilize expertise to conduct one-on-one design consultations in the store and in customers’ homes to build loyalty and drive sales.
– Create and present design plans based on client’s needs, style, preferences and living space.
– Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of in-store and on-line product options.
– Efficiently and accurately perform register and on-line ordering transactions.
– Exhibit excellent clienteling skills including following up with clients regarding delivery and providing phase appointments for budgeted projects and seasonal updates.
– Work with teammates in a flexible manner to meet the needs of store customers in the moment.
– Have open availability and work weekends to fulfill sales goals and business needs.
